摘要:如今电子客票已是一项非常流行,必不可少的工具。航空业作为首先利用这一工具的行业,已形成了完善的客票系统并正常运营。航空公司,在线旅游商都已投入到电子客票的使用行列中。它的便捷、清晰、节省时间都让它越来越受到欢迎。但每件事都有两面性,电子客票软、硬件的不完备、流程的复杂各异、营销策略的困难等都给它带来了发展的阻碍。本文将主要从电子客票的简单介绍,优点,必要性,发展现状,瓶颈解决策略几个方面进行论述和探讨。主要针对瓶颈中完备性和渠道两个问题进行主要分析和研究,找出现状中出现的问题并结合前人的研究和作者的意见进行论述。最后对瓶颈的四个方面提出一些解决策略,其中包括自己的拙见和现行的方法。

Abstract :Nowadays E-ticket is a very popular and inevitable tool in some areas. The aviation industry as the first industry using E-ticket has formed an integrated system which runs well such as Airline Company, online trip. It is favorite for its convenient, clearness and time-saving. But every coin has two sides. E-ticket’s development has met some obstacles such as the uncompleted soft and hardware devices, complex processes, marketing difficulties and so on. In this essay, the brief introduction, the strength, the necessity, the status and some solutions to obstacles will be presented and discussed. The author will mainly discuss the devices and marketing problems. At last, the solution for the above problems will be given. The essay will inquire into the development of Chinese E-ticket combining with the domestic and abroad research.

1 电子客票的起由
1.1 电子票务的概念
电子客票(Electronic Ticket,简称ET)是一种不通过纸票来实现客票销售、旅客乘机以及相关服务的客票方式。它是传统纸质机票的一种电子映像和电子号码记录。它利用计算机网络平台将传统客票电子化、虚拟化, 将票面信息存储到订座系统中, 实现无纸化、电子化的订票、结账和办理乘机手续等全过程。乘客仅凭有效身份证件直接到机场办理乘机手续即可成行。目前, 它作为世界上最先进的客票形式, 在国外特别是发达国家已十分普及。
