摘要:世界电子商务继续快速发展,成为经济全球化的助推器。电子商务的广泛应用降低了企业经营、管理和商务活动的成本,促进了资金、技术、产品、服务和人员在全球范围的流动。随着网络时代的发展,传统的店面销售已经不能满足消费者的需要,并且面临着网络销售的巨大冲击,阿里巴巴、淘宝与亚马逊的崛起已经证明了这一点。这些新型模式企业的出现,使人们足不出户,通过因特网,就可以购买商品或服务。
在我国,网上购物的大环境已经形成,网民数量已接近达3亿,购物网站遍布网上,但是制约网上购物的最大问题却是消费者对网上商品无法确认其性能、规格的问题。区别于传统购物方式,网络只能通过图片来展示所销售的商品,消费者无法真实接触,即便有一些文字介绍,消费者也很难确定此商品是否适合自己。特别对于数码类产品,外观大同小异,仅仅靠一些简单的介绍好,很难进行选择。
而在具有信息交换功能的网站却能解决这个问题,消费者可以针对具体的商品对网站配备的专业销售人员进行提问,并得到即时、专业的反馈,在某些程度上甚至超过了传统购买方式的优势,因此可以大大提高购买的准确率,并提高网站的销售额。

ABSTRACT :The rapid development of the world’s e-commerce has become a booster of economic globalization. The extensive applications of e-commerce help enterprises to reduce the cost of operating, management and business activities. They also help to promote the capital, technology, products, services and staff mobility in the global scope. With the development of the times, the traditional store sales have been unable to meet the needs of consumers, faced with the huge impact of online shops. The rise of Alibaba, Taobao and Amazon has proven this point. These new business models can enable people to purchase goods or services staying at home with the Internet.
In China, the online shopping environment has been formed, and the number of netizens has reached close to 300 million. You can find shopping sites all over the Internet. But the biggest problem with online shopping is consumers who want to buy some things online can not verify the goods performance and sizes. Different from traditional shopping methods, the network only through a picture to show the goods, so consumers don’t have chance to get the real contact. Even if there is some introduce with them, it is difficult to determine the suitability of the goods. Especially for digital products, you can’t find the difference with your eyes though a picture or a brief introduction .It is difficult to choose what you want.
The web sites which have the function that exchange information can solve this problem. Consumers can ask the professional sales staff questions about the goods they take care of. They can get the professional feedback quickly. To some extent this way has more advantages than the traditional way. It can greatly improve the accuracy of the purchase and the sales of sites.

电子商务将成为二十一世纪人类信息世界的核心,也是网络应用的发展方向,具有无法预测的增长前景。电子商务还将构筑二十一世纪新型的经济贸易框架。大力发展电子商务,对于国家以信息化带动工业化的战略,实现跨越式发展,增强国家竞争力,具有十分重要的战略意义。
中国等发展中国家电子商务异军突起,日益成为国际电子商务市场的重要力量。 2008年7月24日,中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)在京发布《第22次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》。报告显示,截至2008年6月底,我国网民数量达到了2.53亿,并且我国网络购物使用率为25%,用户人数达到6329万人,半年内用户量增加了1688万人,充分显示出电子商务巨大的潜力空间。
