随着Internet，Web数据库越来越广泛的应用，全球信息化浪潮一浪高过一浪，在此形势下，电子商务发展也十分迅猛，作为Business to Consumer型电子商务的代表，网上商店的开发已逐渐成为了一种潮流，许多小商店利用电子商务迅速发展成为国内，甚至是国际上知名的公司。而在电子商务的洪流下，加之大型企业对办公用品的需求不断扩大，促使办公用品，这种传统意义上只能在实体店铺中进行交易的产品，登上了电子商务的舞台。
本论文旨在提供一种像是Office Depot（欧迪办公）以及OA365(史泰博)这样的专为企业和部分大型个人购买办公用品的电子商务系统解决方案。本文一共分为五个部分：第一章为主要研究背景及开发方法；第二章为系统规划，主要包括需求分析，可行性分析等；第三章为系统分析主要包括，业务流程图，数据流程图以及数据字典和数据库设计；第四章为系统设计，主要包括模块，代码，数据库的设计和系统界面设计；第五章为系统实施主要包括系统的运行情况和使用说明；最后将对此次系统设计和开发的全过程进行总结。
该办公室用品销售网站采用ASP+IIS6.0的方案作为网站的软件平台，页面布局采用Dreamwaver8来实现，而后台数据库使用Acess，本办公室用品商店的运行环境是Windows Server 2003 + Dreamwaver+ Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003，全站程序使用ASP语言编程实现。

On-line Office Stationary Sale System
ABSTRACT ：With the dramatic development of the modern IT, internet has embedded into industries in all dimensions. Internet will bring us with unlimited vigor not only in management but also in commercial industry. Via internet, the connection between regions, communities even persons is realized, as a result, contributed to the information share. Compared with traditional business module, on line e-business has many advantages over it such as low cost, high flexibility and accurately searching information in high pace. As a result, the application of e-commerce has been the key technology for an enterprise to get success in its business.
In our graduate design, we introduce web technology into our office stationary sale. We try to design a B2C e-business system to realize the big amount stationary sale. The thesis consists of five chapters: the first chapter is aiming at background and developing method; the second chapter is system layout including demand analysis and feasibility analysis; the third chapter is system analysis mainly including business flow chart，data flow chart and data dictionary as well as data base design; the forth chapter is system design which includes modules, code and system interface design, the fifth chapter is system realization including system operation situation and introduction to the system. At last we will conclude our system designing and developing in an overall way.
The system is mainly used Windows Server2003+IIS6.0 and Dreamwaver8 technology, the system running background will be Windows Server 2003 Professional + Dreamweaver + Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003. That will make system reliable and stable.

1.研究背景
1.1概述
近年来，办公用品的采购已经被提到了企业内勤管理相当重要的一个位置。随着现代企业对于办公用品的需求越来越向便捷化、经济化、专业化发展，传统上意义上的文具店和一般的办公用品连锁店已经无法满足这些企业的要求了。而电子商务的迅速崛起正为企业办公用品采购的便捷化、低成本化、快速化带来了良好的契机。而这样的契机同时也为电子商务企业带来了巨大的商机。本篇论文中，我们将网络技术引入到办公室用品的销售中，设计开发一个B to C形式的规模化办公用品销售方面的电子商务系统，并对需求，订购量不同的客户提供相对应的服务，将办公室用品批量，规模化销售在电子商务中实现。目的就是为了满足这种不断上升的需求。
