摘要:企业人事管理是相对企业内部员工的管理。集人员、考勤、工资、评价等于一体的管理系统,为企业在人事管理等方面提供极大的方便。不但有利于企业的统一性管理,而且还大在提高了企业的全体员工的工作效率和积极性。企业人事管理可以说是一项琐碎、繁杂而又必须十分细致的工作，是不能允许时常发生差错的。合理的利用有助于企业发展的管理系统是企业改革的一种优越的体现。利用计算机对企业人事管理不仅保证了核算准确度，还成倍的提高了工作效率，而且便于查询。
本软件是以中小型企业为背景，主要利用Visual Basic、SQL等工具并根据软件工程的原理，采用面向对象的开发方法而设计开发完成的，操作简捷、使用方便。本系统主要以人事档案管理为主，再配以考勤管理、员工评价、工资管理等。

Abstract ：The enterprise personal management which gathering the management of personnel information, attendance checking, management of wages and management of appraisal in the integral whole is the opposite business enterprise management of the internal employee. It provides the tremendous convenience for enterprise in the personnel management. Not only be advantageous to the business enterprise to unify sex management, but also return big at raised the work efficiency and the aggressive of the all employee of the business enterprise. The business enterprise personal management can be said to be a fragmentary, complicated but again must very meticulous work, is to can''t allow to often take place the mistake. The reasonable exploitation contribute to the management system of the business enterprise development''s is the business enterprise reform a kind of superior of body now. Make use of the calculator to the business enterprise personal management not only guaranteed to check the accurate degree, return raised the work efficiency doubly, and easy to search.
This software with win the small scaled business enterprise as background, mainly make use of the Visual Basic, SQL and so on and according to the principle of the software engineering, the adoption faces to the development of the object method but design the development complete of, interface beauty, use convenience. This system mainly regarding the management of personnel files as principle and going together with to management of attendance checking, evaluation of employee, the management of wages and so on.

作者点评：
经过两个多月的设计和开发，人事管理系统基本开发完毕。其功能基本符合用户需求，能够完成用户权限及部门管理、用户登录管理、员工基本信息管理、工作考勤管理、工作评价管理、员工工资管理。对于数据的一致性的问题也通过程序进行了有效的解决。由于毕业设计时间比较仓促，所以该系统还有许多不尽如人意的地方，比如用户界面不够美观，出错处理不够方便等多方面问题。这些都有待进一步改善。我通过开发这个管理信息系统，巩固了以前所学的知识，提高了应用能力。
