摘 要
究竟选择什么样的股票作为投资对象，是所有股票投资者十分关心的问题。因为对于投资股票项目而言，选择股票是一个多目标、多层次、结构复杂、因素众多的大系统。因此，建立一套适合投资者选股的决策体系具有很强的现实意义。
本文研究了层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process，简称AHP)选股的背景和动因，及研究的目的和意义。了解股票投资分析的两个方法，即基本面选股和技术分析选股。层次分析法是对定性问题进行定量分析的一种简便、灵活而又实用的多准则决策方法。应用层次分析法，通过建立递阶层次结构和判断矩阵，并结合定性评价和定量评价，对投资股票项目中的股票进行评价和排序，进而做出合理的选择决策。通过实证表明：层次分析法在股票选择中是一种实用、有效的方法，有较好的应用价值。

Abstruct
How to choose what kind of stock as an investment object, all the stock investors are concerned about the issue. Because the stock market project, the choice of stock is a multi-objective, multi-layered, complex structure of large-scale systems are many factors. Therefore, the establishment of a stock for investors in the decision-making system has strong practical significance.
This article describes using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(in brief called“AHP”) to choose the stock for the background and the motivation,and researching the purpose and the significance. Understanding the two methods of investment analysis of stocks,that is fundamentals and technical. Analytic Hierarchy Process is the process to analyze the qualified issues by quantified analysis process.It is a simple,flexible and pragmatic multi-rules decision making process.AHP is used to evaluate and rank of stocks in investment．After building up the hierarchy structure and the judgment matrix，a reasonable selecting decision is made by combinating the qualitative and quantitative analysis．At last，a practical case study is given to show that AHP is a useful and effective method in stock selection．
