摘要
随着我国的经济的不断发展以及我国保险业的不断完善，我国对于精算方面的人才需求也在日益的增加，对我国的精算教育也就有了更高的要求。
文中对中国精算教育发展现状及存在的问题进行调查和研究。主要通过与相关专业老师的交流、网上资料的查询和网上调查表的发放等多种渠道，对精算、精算原理、精算师作了一个全面的系统的介绍；对精算教育在中国开展历史进行了回顾；同时，也对许多高校在精算教育中普遍存在的问题进行了分析和研究。经过与国外的精算教育比较研究和分析，预测我国精算教育未来的发展方向和我国保险金融市场对精算人才的需求量，通过简单的数学模型预测了我国现在保险金融市场对精算师的市场缺口。

The investigate and research of Chinese actuarial education
Abstract
As the flying development of our country''''s economy and the perfect insurance, our country has an enormously demands of actuary, so we have high request to actuarial education.
This passage mainly investigate and research our country''''s actuary education status, the exist problem. Introducing the actuarial, the actuary and the principle of actuary via the discussing of teachers who are good at the area, search data and grant questionnaire on the internet. Review the history of Chinese actuarial education, analyze and study the exist problem in the actuarial education of high school. Finally, prognosticate the develop orientation and the requirement actuarial education of actuarial market via comparing to the foreign actuarial education, and prognosticate the market gap of actuary via the Math Model.
