摘要： 在一个团队中每一个成员通常都要协同工作，而作为一名优秀的动画设计师不仅需要专业的技能同时要具备一定的团队协作能力，而如何能将技术资源合理的分享和交流也是团队协作的一大关键，我们都知道，团结的力量胜过任何一个单薄的个体，而又怎样才能分工合作，合理的安排任务，最有效的利用时间，最大限度的让每位成员的优势发挥必然是团队协作过程中的重要环节。
然而，尤为关键的还是怎样让成员的优势发挥而又能更好的避免分歧化，这就考验着每位成员的协作意识和默契配合
而我将陈述的即是我们该如何将我们的分歧变成合作点，让我们的分工成果更好的融合，从而体现协作的重要性，充分体会个人能力的局限，而感受到团队协作的必要。

Abstract
In a team, each member usually must work together, but as a good animation designers need not only professional skills at the same time possess the necessary team skills, but how can technology rational allocation of resources is the sharing and exchange a major key to teamwork, we all know the power of unity than any a thin individual, but how can division of labor, reasonable schedule tasks, the most effective use the time, to maximize the advantages to each of the member play a important role of the teamwork must be an important part of the process. However, especially the key advantage of the members or how to play and can better avoid the differences of, this test of each member of the collaboration with the awareness and understanding I stated that we will be how our differences into a cooperation to enable us to better integration of the division of labor results, which reflect the importance of collaboration, to fully understand the limitations personal ability, to feel the need for teamwork .
