摘 要
消费是人类赖以生存和发展的最基本功能,随着社会的发展,消费对社会经济的影响也越来越大,但随着全球金融危机的爆发,以出口拉动经济增长的中国经济受到了很大影响,为应对这次金融危机的突袭,保证国家经济增长,政府及时地提出了“扩大内需”政策。居民消费是消费需求的主要内容,因此,研究金融危机下的居民消费问题具有非常重要的意义。
本文以现代经济学的消费理论为基础,采用计量经济学的方法与模型,分析了金融危机对我国居民的消费影响,造成影响的原因,金融危机下居民消费的作用,影响居民消费的因素,金融危机对我国居民消费结构的影响及其影响因素并简单描述了居民消费,经济增长与消费结构三者之间的关系。最后,本文得出了三点关于金融危机对中国居民消费影响的结论并根据结论提出了一些促进居民消费,经济增长的建议。

Abstract
Consumption is a basic functions of living and developing that human depend on, with the development of society, consumption is becoming more important impact on Socio-economic. But with the outbreak of the global financial crisis, Chinese economy which depends on export greatly, has got severe impact. In order to respond to the raid of the financial crisis and ensure the growth of national economic growth, the Chinese government put forward “Expand domestic demand” policy in time. Household consumption is the main content of consumption demand, so the research on the consumer problem under the background of the financial crisis is very meaningful.
This paper is based on the Consumption theory of modern economics, using the econometric methods and models and analyzing the impact on the consumption of Chinese residents from the financial crisis, the reasons of the influences, the role of consumption in times of financial crisis, factors affecting household consumption, the impact on the consumption structures of Chinese residents from the financial crisis and its influencing factors. Meanwhile, it simply describes the relationship among the consumption, the economic growth and the consumption structures. Finally, this paper gives three conclusions of the financial crisis impact on the Chinese consumers and proposes some suggestions to promote household consumption and economic growth according to the conclusions.
