科技期刊信息滞后的研究

摘  要

 本论文选择2003年出版的30种科技学学术期刊，对论文的信息时滞进行研究。结果表明，我国科技学术期刊的平均修回时滞长达为4.9个月，构成了信息滞后的重要原因。论文的平均修回时滞主要是由论文修回是时滞和论文发表时滞组成。论文修回时滞是指期刊编辑部收到论文初稿的日期与收到论文修改稿之间的日期。在这期间，编者，作者和审者之间的合作是否融洽严重影响着论文的修回时滞。论文发表时滞一般是由(收糕日期与出版日期之间的时间差距)一般由论文修回时滞与编辑加工以及论文待发表时滞组成。因此，在编辑工作中应该加强编者，作者和审者之间的3方合作，严格控制论文修回时滞，并逐步向网络化审稿方向发展。

Abstract
 In this thesis, selecting 30 of thesis which published in 2003, doing research on the information delays. The result showed that the average modify delays of the thesis is about 4.9 months in our country. The averages modify delays of the thesis is composed by modify delays and publish delays.In this time, the cooperation of the editor, author and referrer is the main cause of the information delays. The publish delays is composed by modify delays and to be publish delays. So in the editing work, we should strengthen the cooperation between the editor, author and referrer. Strictly control the information delays, gradually develop it in the internet.
