企业产品组合优化的数学模型的应用

摘    要
 企业产品组合的优化问题,实质上就是有效地分配企业内部有限资源、调整产品结构以提高企业经济效益的问题。也就是指企业为适应市场机会与资源的变化,对现有产品组合进行分析、评价和调整，选择放弃某些专案；选择众多项目执行的优先次序或选择投资在这些项目上资源的多寡以使企业利润最大化。本文通过了解企业产品组合的基本概念，企业产品组合优化的方法等，知悉企业中某些专业名字的概念及意义，为构建模型做充分的准备，从而构造数学模型。以浙江的一个企业为例子求解数学模型，以在不同项目上做不同量的投入做分析，最终确定一个最优值，使企业利润最大化，并实现其可以通用于其他企业来提高经济效益的价值。

Abstract
 The problem of enterprise portfolio optimization,in essence, is the effective allocation of limited resources within the enterprise, the adjustment of product structure to improve enterprise cost-effective. That is, an enterprise to adapt to changes in market opportunities and resources for existing product portfolio analysis, evaluation and adjustment, choose to give up some of the project; select the priority of the implementation of many projects or choose to invest in these projects the amount of resources to enablemaximize profits.In this paper, first to understand the basic concepts of enterprise product portfolio and enterprise portfolio optimization methods, then to know some of the professional business concept and meaning of the name, for building models make full preparations to construct mathematical models.An enterprise of Zhejiang as an example, to solving mathematical models to do different projects in different amounts of input to do analysis, to determine an optimal value eventually enable enterprises to maximize profits, and achieve their business can be common in other to enhance economic efficiency value.
