摘要:随着经济全济化和贸易自由化进程的加快,全球市场竞争的日趋激烈,国际贸易中的保护措施发生了较大的变化.特别是近几年来,欧美发达国家纷纷采用一种贸易保护主义的新工具--技术性贸易壁垒,它已成为影响我国对外贸易的主要因素,它具有内容上的广泛性,形式上的合法性,保护方式的隐蔽性,对发展中国家不公平性等特点.这加大了我国商品出口的难度,削弱了我国企业出口产品的国际竞争力.全文从分析贸易壁垒对我国的对外贸易的影响入手,针对我国的情况,提出了相应对策,我们必须从企业本身,政府机构等层面寻求应对措施,促进我国对外贸易稳定健康的发展.

Effect of TBT on Foreign Trade of China and Our Countermeasures
Abstract: As the course of economy globalization and trade liberalization have been speeding up, the whole world fierce competition for markets, the protective measures in the international trade have changed greatly. Especially in the recent years, more and more countries in Europe and America have adopted a new means of trade protective measures - Technical Barrie to Trade, It has been the main influencing factor of our country''s international trade, bearing the characteristic of extensiveness in content, legality in form, invisibility in mode and inequality to the developing country. This makes it more difficult for our export, weakens international competition of exporting product of our enterprises. This article will start with analyzing TBT’s effect on the foreign trade of our country. It will try to put forward some appropriate countermeasures in view of our country’s specific situations. We must find measures from the enterprises, government institution and so on ,promote the development of our international trade steady.
