内容摘要 在现代饭店管理中,人力资源管理的作用已经日益明显,并起着越来越重要的作用。我国饭店的人力资源管理近年来取得了很大的成就,但与西方发达国家相比还存在着较大的差距。本文就我国饭店人力资源管理的现状进行分析,支持了饭店面临的挑战,并结合实际提出了进行饭店人力资源管理开发的创新方式。

ABSTRACT:Management of human recourses is playing more and more important role in the modern management of the hotel and even further. The management of human recourses of our country have achieved a lot in recent years, however, a wide gap need to be narrowed comparing with western countries. We will analyze the situation of our country''s management in the article, propose the challenges we encounter, and further we will discuss the creative styles of human resources management of the hotel in terms of practice.
