摘要:随着经济的持续发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,汽车消费迅速膨胀,市场竞争不断加剧。目前,大多数汽车制造企业由于感觉到缺乏适宜的物流模式及物流系统的支持,而开始重视对企业物流系统的改造。尤其是位于行业领先的大型汽车制造企业,由于产销量较大,同时销售网络通布全国,因此选择及构建一个适宜的物流运作模式及系统,是应对市场竞争的必要保证。但是如何对汽车制造型企业的物流服务能力进行评价,以及如何构建适合的、高效的汽车物流服务能力评价模式,是国内许多企业和学者所共同面临的现实问题。
本文运用供应链有关原理,研习物流的专著与论文,查阅国内外有关汽车物流的文献资料,以充分了解汽车生产型企业物流需求为出发点,以国内四家大型汽车制造企业为研究对象,对供应链管理环境下的汽车制造企业物流服务及其评价指标体系等问题展开研究。由于此前国内学者对汽车制造企业物流服务评价体系的研究并不多,也没有较为成行的量表,因此本研究在文献的基础上着重加入了企业访谈的内容,以求获得更多更新的数据来反映汽车制造企业物流服务的现状及各项评价指标。
第一章介绍了汽车制造企业物流服务的背景,分析了现存的问题及挑战,提出了本文的研究方法,研究意义和目的。
第二章为相关理论综述,主要阐述物流系统、制造业物流和汽车制造企业物流服务方面的相关理论,并对汽车制造企业物流服务的特点进行了总结。
第三章分析了现行的汽车制造企业物流服务能力,提出了企业物流服务能力评价指标体系。该体系包括供应物流、生产物流、销售物流、回收物流四个维度,并结合现代汽车制造企业物流服务的特点,查阅相关的中外文献,在四个维度下面整理出来25个指标,并通过正式调研确定为18个指标,完成了量表的开发。
第四章通过实例对上述指标体系加以研究。
第五章是对全文的总结与归纳。

Abstract :With the economic developing sustainedly and the standards of people''s living rising, theconsumption of automobile is expanding rapidly, and the competition in auto market isintensifying. Nowdays, most car manufacturers have realized the lack of the fitting logisticsmode and the support by systemn, and they begin to pay attention to thereform of the logisticssystem. Especially the the large-scale automotive manufacturers that are leading in the industryhave to choose and form a fitting logistics mode of operation and system in order to deal withthe market competition, considering that the number of productions and sales is large and the
sales will reach all over the country.But how to evaluate the logistics ability ofauto-manufacturing enterprises and how to establish the fitting and efficient evaluating mode ofautomotive logistics ability are the practical issues that many domestic enterprises have to befaced with.
This article that makes use of the principles of supply chain, studys the monographs andarticles, and refers to the domestic and foreign auto-related logistics information literature is todo research on the logistics evaluation on automobile manufacturers under the the supply chainmanagement. It chooses four major domestic automobile manufacturers as the samples to study.By being full aware of the needs of the auto-logistics business, this article will put up with thereasonable logistics and operational planning. Combining with the automobile manufacturerslogistics mode of operation mentioned before, it integrates theory with practice, and puts upwith the new studying methods in order to raise the enterprises'' ability of competetion.
In Chapter I, the undergound of the logistics services of automobile manufacturers isintroduced, and the issues and challenges that exist at the moment are analyzed. It puts up withthe method, the meaning, and the purpose of this essay.
In Chapter 2, it mentions the theories about the logistics system, the manufacturinglogistics and the logistics capacity of automobile manufacturers. Meanwhile, it alsosummarizes the features of logistics services of automobile manufacturers.
In Chapter 3, it analyzes the logistics capacity of automobile manufacturers from theperspective of stakeholders, and puts up with the evaluation index system of logistics servicecapabilities. This system consists of supply logistics, production logistics, distribution logistics,returned logistics. It finishes out of 25 indicators under the five dimensions by combining thefeatures of the logistics services of automobile manufacturers nowadays and referring to theChinese and foreign literatures related.
In Chapter 4, it determines the weights of index, doing research on the above index systemthrough examples.In Chapter 5, it is the summary of the whole essay.

随着经济的飞速发展、技术的不断进步及电子商务的迅速崛起,现代制造型企业面临着来自全球范围内的竞争,和缩短交货期、提高产品质量、改进服务、满足个性化需求和降低成本的要求,仅靠规模经济以获得持续竞争优势己经很难实现了。因此,企业开始纷纷将注意力转移到“物流”这个一直没有受到足够重视的领域,并将其作为企业的“第三利润源”和获得核心竞争优势的渠道之一。物流业也被认为是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业,其发展程度更成为了衡量一个国家现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志之一。
