摘要:2002年,在开展北京市哲学社会科学“十五”规划课题《企业经营者薪酬激励机制研究》(o1bjbjg0591)过程中,为了掌握企业经营者薪酬激励状态的第一手新鲜资料,课题组进行了相关抽样问卷调查(1)和访谈调查。本文结合此次调查分析的结果,剖析我国国有企业经营者薪酬激励领域中存在的主要问题。

Abstract: As the Beijing philosophy and social science fund planning "the tenth five year" research project, in 2002, the project group did the relevant sample questionnaire survey and interview survey. This article analyses the main problem in the earning motivation system of our state- owned enterprise manager in the light of the survey result.
