摘要:营销的4P(产品、价格、渠道、促销)每一个环节都是由人来操作、控制的,因此企业的员工是营销成败的关键。所以21世纪的营销应更注重企业内部人力资源的管理和开发,只有这样才能在更为激烈的市场竞争中,赢得顾客,获得成功。但是中国企业对人力资源开发的重视程度远不及发达国家企业,由此造成了竞争水平上的差距。为了减小这一差距我国应重视人力资源的开发,通过培训与其他工作改进员工能力水平,挖掘员工的潜能。人力资源的开发是一种以人为本的管理方式,是一种企业文化,它让企业做到不销自售,达到营销的最高境界。
21世纪是知识经济的时代,人是知识的载体,要使人的知识得到最大程度的发挥与发掘,以人为本的管理是最好的方法,并且这种管理方式已经成为现代化企业管理的新趋势。

Abstract :An each a link of the marketing4P(product,price,place,promotion) is operated and controled by person, and for this reason the employee of a business enterprise is the key of the marketing success or failure.So 21 centuries'' marketing should pay more attention to the management and development of the internal human resource in a business enterprise. You have to do like this, or you will not win the customer or achieve success in more vigorous market competition.But the Chinese business enterprises value the human resource development far less than the national business enterprise in the degree, which leads to a gap coming on the level of the competition .For letting up this gap our country should value the human resource development by the training and other the work to improve the employee the ability level and scoop out the employee''s potential.The human resource development is a kind of management methods and a kind of corporate culture, and it make business enterprise no marketing but selling.
21Century is the times of knowledge-based economy that management that knowledge, and the person carry knowledge. So if you want to make the knowledge get the biggest degree to be developed and discovered, make people the center is a best method; and this kind of manage have become the new trend that business enterprise modernization manage.

营销这个词到底是什么意思?即使在市场营销活动被再三强调的今天,依然有许多人认为营销就是“销售”或“促销”。菲利浦•科特勒是这样解释营销的:营销是企业的一项重要功能活动,其任务是确认顾客的需求和欲望,决定组织最能满足其需求的目标市场,设计适当的产品、服务和方案来满足这些市场的需求,并且动员组织内的每一个成员都要“为顾客着想,为顾客服务”。 而销售、促销只是营销概念的一部分。从这一解释可以看出营销与企业的全体员工有关。要使顾客满意就必须在新产品开发、产品质量、价格设定、促销、售后服务等方面竭力为顾客着想,这就要求企业的每个部门,都参与到企业的营销中来。其中人始终贯穿于整个营销过程。不论是其中的哪一个环节出现人的“质量”事故,企业的营销策略都会出现问题。所以人才,对企业营销的作用是决定性的。因此要成为杰出的企业,除了做好影响营销的4P之外,还需要做好的(而且也许是首先要做好的)就是人才的管理与开发。
