摘要:CF,即Commercial Film,就是电视广告。电视广告是一种最完善,最具有发展潜力的广告形式。电视广告是采用电视的艺术表现方式向目标受众传递广告信息的一种广告形式。电视广告创意是通过综合性的艺术手段和处理来表达广告主题,从而使企业形象、产品形象在广大消费者心目中更加鲜明、亲切、可信。电视广告创意的特征表现在以广告主题为核心,以广告对象为基准,以独特和新颖为生命,以情趣和生动为手段,创意要形象化,广告创意是原创性、相关性和震撼性的综合体六个方面。各个行业的电视广告也不相同,其中化妆品/浴室用品、食品、药品这三大类别,成为了目前电视广告的投放量的领先者。电视广告的趋势有个人化趋势、娱乐化趋势、人文化趋势、小型化趋势、简练化趋势、精致化趋势、强注目化趋势等七个方面的趋势。

CF,即Commercial Film,是使用电影胶片拍摄的广告,可在电影、电视上播放,国际上通称影视广告,但是因国内多在电视上播放,因此常指电视广告。① 在四大广告媒体中,电视媒体属于后来居上者,它的历史虽然最短,但在今天它却是最重要的商业信息载体。电视广告正以其强大的影响力引导和改造着人们的生活。在当今娱乐多元化、信息技术飞速发展的时代,电视及电视广告依然传递着大量的生活资讯,引导着人们的生活形态和消费潮流。
第一章 CF的历史
一、CF在西方的渊源
1936年11月2日,英国广播公司(BBC)在世界上首先开展电视传播,法国、美国和前苏联也于1938-1939年先后建立了正规的电视台。第二次世界大战的爆发使刚刚兴起的电视事业中断。大战结束后,西方工商业呈欣欣向荣之势,电视事业也得以迅速发展并与经济生活互相促进。1954年4月1日,美国的NBC(无线电广播公司)首先播出彩色电视节目。1998年11月,美国在全球率先开播数字电视节目并推出高清晰度电视(HDTV),开创了电视领域数字技术新纪元。
