摘 要:在中国加入WTO以后,中国的市场化程度将会进一步加深,中国企业将面临更多的机会,同时也将面临更大的挑战,酒店业也将在这种复杂的背景中谋求生存。无疑,为酒店业全面树立市场化导向的经营思路,并确立合理的改革方案,将为酒店抓住新的发展机遇,在新一轮市场竞争中获得优势地位,具有重要的意义。
本文在对市场营销的概念及作用进行概述的基础上,分析了北京鑫宇万德福商务酒店营销的现状,存在的问题,并提出了解决的对策。首先讲述的是酒店营销的作用,它包括现代酒店市场营销的概念和在酒店经营中的作用两个方面;然后是酒店市场营销的现状,它包括该酒店市场营销存在的优势和劣势两个方面;再次是酒店在市场营销中存在的问题,主要包括营销计划缺乏有效的保障,计划在执行中缺乏绩效的考核和约束,营销计划缺乏过程管理;最后是加强酒店市场营销的对策,主要包括酒店的营销策略,酒店管理中营销计划有效执行的保障,运用必要的推销工具。

旅游市场发展到今天,已经由卖方市场向买方市场转变了,利润高,竞争小的时代已经一去不复返了,在生产力和信息全球化快速发展的的今天,使得酒店不断的优化整合,同时,中小酒店也如雨后春笋般迅速发展,于是产品生产同质化严重,再加上消费者消费意识的提高、消费观念的理性化,酒店为了生存发展开始争资源,争客户,争渠道,以便能打造自己的酒店核心竞争力,加快扩张自己的规模。但效果并不十分显著,还影响整个酒店业的发展。究其原因在于酒店的市场营销没有针对性,缺乏个性化服务意识优势产品不突出。本文以北京鑫宇万德福商务酒店为研究对象,对其市场营销进行深入分析,在研究过程中我认为应提高自己的服务、环境质量,加强服务人员的营销理念,提供个性化服务,同时,将网络带入现代酒店市场营销当中是把销售提升起来是一个非常重要的方式。下面是结合营销学当中理论分析该酒店的营销状况。着重写出的是在该酒店所面临的问题以及对策。
