摘要:绩效管理备受重视以及组织理论演进等都要求对于组织与员工间关系进行再认识。在我国当前行政生态下,重新认识组织与员工间关系对于公务员队伍建设以及各类组织绩效改进与提高更是有着特殊重要意义。

Reconsideration on Relation between Organization and Employee Based on the Performance Management Perspective
Abstract:
It is imperative to reconsider the relation between organization and employee because of more and more importance of performance management and the historical change of organizational theory.Reconsidering the relation between organization and employee has a special significance under the administrative ecology in China at present such as the team-building of civil servant and the improvement of various organization performance.

一、引言
为了能在日趋激烈竞争中赢得有利位置,不论公共组织还是私人组织,不论赢利组织还是非赢利组织都在考虑更好地谋求生存发展之道。为此,组织必须不断创新以适应环境变化,尤其是更好地与组织内员工之间建立一种更加融洽的合作共赢关系,更好提高绩效,使组织保持持续生机与活力。
绩效管理是当今各级各类组织提高运营绩效的重要管理工具。提高组织绩效贯穿于组织理论发展过程的始终。从绩效管理的视角重新认识组织与员工的关系,对于有效增进包括各级政府在内的各级各类组织绩效,增强组织可持续发展能力都是极为必要和有益的。
