摘要:如何防止就企业文化搞企业文化,使企业文化游离于制度文化之外,脱节于生产经营。要继承、发扬传统的优良文化,坚持改革创新,形成兼收并蓄、独具特色的文化体系,就要把握时机,适时导入企业文化理念体系和形象识别系统;要把效益、效率、效果作为企业文化建设的出发点和落脚点,把企业文化的理论成果转化为推进企业持续健康快速发展的强大精神动力。因此,管理者的态度和行为决定企业文化建设的成败。

Based on reform and innovation to promote the building of corporate culture research
Abstract:The core of Corporate Culture is actually the sense of worth of corporation, the reflection of corporation soft competence, the soul of corporate management. In order to advance the building of Corporate Culture, our first task is to change the thought of our staff, and let them accept the culture view and behavior regulation of our corporation. So we can enhance the cohesion and competitive position of our corporation. We should oppose to build Corporate Culture only in the name of Corporate Culture, which could lead Corporate Culture out of system culture, even apart from production management. We should keep and develop the good traditional culture, reform and innovate for establishing comprehensive and characteristic culture system. We should take hold of the chance, and introduce the culture view system of corporation and the image-indentifying system. Success or failure of Corporate Culture building is subject to the manager''s attitude and behavior. We should regard profit and efficiency and effect as the start and end result of the Corporate Culture building, and turn the theoretical harvest into the strong spiritual power that could advance the constant, healthy, rapid development of corporation.

一、引言
21世纪是经济全球化的时代,也是文化管理迅速兴起并在企业中得到广泛实施的时代。企业文化的实质就是企业的价值观,作为企业的上层建筑,是企业软实力的体现,是企业经营管理的灵魂。推进企业文化建设,能够有效地统一方向、凝聚力量、激发斗志、提升实力。推进企业文化建设,对于贯彻落实科学发展观,促进企业又好又快地发展具有十分重要的意义。下面如何推进企业文化建设谈几点粗浅的看法。
二、观念突破仍是企业文化建设的首要任务
经纬股份榆次分公司作为全国最大的纺织机械及其专配件制造销售商之一,从建国初期至今走过了50多年的发展历程。企业悠久的历史和深厚的纺织行业背景,逐步积淀形成了具有自身传统及一定特色的企业文化。这种文化深深打上了计划经济体制的烙印,影响着员工的思维观念、行为习惯。许多思想观念已经不适应市场经济发展要求,不适应竞争激烈的市场环境,成为制约企业健康发展的重要因素。因此,转变职工思想观念是推进企业文化建设的首要任务。要大力开展形任务教育,使职工了解国家宏观经济政策、行业存在的问题和发展趋势、企业工作的薄弱环节,树立竞争意识、改革意识、危机意识、服务意识、责任意识,将市场压力传递到每个职工,实现思想观念突破,改变自我。这样,企业文化理念和行为规范才能得到员工的认同,才能达到思想行动的统一,推动出现上下同欲、与时俱进、团结奋斗的生动局面。
