摘要:随着我国经济的高速发展,国际间经济交流的不断加强,外国保险公司大举进入我国保险市场。本文根据战略分析中SWOT管理理论,对外国保险公司内部优势、劣势和外部机遇与威胁进行分析,从而得出合理的对应策略。

一、SWOT分析理论
SWOT分析是西方企业常用的战略选择分析法。S和W分别英文Strength(优势)和Weak(劣势)的缩写,这里的优势和劣势是对于竞争对手而言的企业内部条件;O、T分别是英文Opportuy(机遇)和Threaten(威胁)的缩写,而机遇和威胁属于企业的外环境。SWOT分析就是企业根据自己所面临的内部优势、劣势外部环境的机遇和威胁进行系统分析,在此基础上,制定并综评价各种被选战略方案,最终选出适合自身发展的最优方案分析过程。它不仅适合于普通企业的战略选择,同样也适合于企业发展方案的制定。
