摘要:目前我国零售业的人力资源管理面临较大的困境,如对企业人力资源管理的战略地位认识不足;缺乏人力资源规划;员工流失比例高;员工缺乏培训等。从人力资源管理理论演变的过程说明,其原因是人力资源管理的职能没有转变。零售业人力资源部门应逐渐从行政性管理工作中解放出来,开始更多地从事战略性人力资源管理工作,对于那些行政性的事务应进行虚拟化运作,制定员工管理虚拟、招聘虚拟、培训虚拟等对策。

Abstract:
Currently, China''s retail sector human resource management face greater difficulties, such as human resources management of enterprise strategic position of insufficient understanding; lack of human resources planning; a high proportion of staff wastage; staff lack training. Human resources management from the process of evolution theory that its reason is that the functions of human resources management has not changed. Retail human resources should gradually from the administrative management of the work of liberation began to engage in more strategic human resources management, for those administrative affairs virtualization operation should be carried out to develop a virtual staff management, recruitment virtual training virtual and other countermeasures.

一、引言
我国零售行业自2004年12月对外全面开放以来,外国零售巨头不断入侵,国内零售企业之间的兼并不断,使我国零售市场发生了巨大的变化。面对激励的竞争环境,如何提高企业自身的核心竞争力,成为我国本土零售业目前急需解决的问题。笔者从提高我国本土零售企业核心竞争力出发,通过分析零售企业人力资源管理的特点,结合人力资源管理理论的新趋势———虚拟人力资源管理,来分析零售企业人力资源管理的新方法,从而提升零售企业的核心竞争力。
