摘要:随着房地产建设的加快,施工企业集团随着经营规模扩充而成长壮大,营运资金增长速度大于销售增长速度,企业经营效率就会下降。强化资金控制,实现资金运转的高效率,提高其使用效益,成为集团关注的核心工作之一。随着信息网络技术的发展与广泛运用,使施工企业集团资金实行集中管理变为可能。实行集团资金集中管理能够有效的使用全集团的存量资金;集团内部单位划款,没有中间环节和时间间隔,能够有效提高集团资金周转速度;集团资金管理可以对集团资金的流量、流向实行有效控制,能够对全集团资金实行有效的计划管理,使集团资金使用计划与企业战略规划及预算得到有效的协调,产生集团资金聚合效应,提高施工企业集团效益。
