摘 要:所谓商务谈判,是指存在利益差异和利益互补关系的商务活动当事双方,为谋求各自目标的实现,所进行的公平磋商。“争分夺秒”有它的优点,“拖延时间”也有它的用处。两个法宝兼备,是谈判人员应有的谈判艺术商务谈判中的拖延战术,形式多样,目的也不尽相同。由于它具有以静制动、少留破绽的特点,因此成为谈判中常用的一种战术手段。
