摘要 配油阀是液压冲击器的重要组成部分,消耗在配油阀上的能量对于冲击器的输出能来说是能量损失,对冲击器的效率影响极大。本文分析了目前液压冲击器配油阀的工作原理及能量损失,因其能量损失大,特设计了一种新型液压冲击器配油阀,其阀口采用锥阀口形式,另外还采用优化的不等阀开口量技术,经理论计算分析证明,新型配油阀泄漏少,压力损低,采用新
型配油阀的液压冲击器的效率高。

Abstract: Energy consumed by distribution valve causes an energy loss for the output energy of hydraulic breaker, which has a significant influence on its efficiency. A new type of distributon valve used for hydraulic breaker, designed to reduce energy consumption, is analyzed on the basis of the operating priciple and energy loss of the current diatribution valve .The new distribution valve adopts a cone valve and the optimzation technique of unequal open degree for the valve port. Theoretical caiculation and analyses have proven that the new distribution valve can reduce energy loss by 9.0127J ,or energy consumption by 31%, during an impact cycle and the efficiency of the hydraulic breaker can be raised by 4.5%. it has the followng characteristics: little leakage, little pressure loss and low energy consumption.
