应用计算机模拟技术实现塑料成型

 For many company to be successful today, computer technology must be utilized to a growing extern in all areas. Without an uninterrupted information flow among all departments involve in production of a mold, it is not possible to meet customer demands for shorter lead times, lower costs, and higher product quality. The linking of the information in all computer systems implement CAE includes several parts as follows.
1. Software Requirements
 No clear criteria exist for assessing the quality of software available for calculation purposes. Nevertheless, precise clarification of a few important points will assist in finding the most suitable product for a given application. The accuracy and reliability of the results depend on a wide range of influences that really have nothing to do with the actual calculation modules, e. g., and the quality of the data provided by the raw materials suppliers or the preparation of the geometric model. Their development status tends to change very rapidly, which means that comparative studies should be viewed with caution. Although the number of existing software installations is no real guide to their suitability, it can be said that a large number of users will gather more experience and that this experience can be fed back into further development of the software. For this to be effective, there must be good communication between users and the software manufacturer through regular user meetings. Documentations in the form of comprehensive handbooks combined with intensive training are vital for users. If problems are encountered when using the programs, users must be able to obtain expert support at short notice. All programs should be covered by an update service that supplies improvements and supplements to the software. It is equally important to ensure that a computing program fits into the existing software environment and, if it fits, to understand how it fits. One point that should not be underestimated is the level to which computing programs are supported by data from the raw materials suppliers.


 如今对于那些运作得好的公司,在各个领域都要尽可能多地用到计算机技术。如果没有各部门间无障碍的信息传输,模具生产商很难满足客户对于模具产品短生产周期、低成本和高质量的要求。应用CAE技术的计算机信息链接包括以下几个方面。
1.软件需求
 对于计算软件的质量评估并没有明确的标准,不过,对某些特定的应用,还是有一些标准可供选择的。数值模拟结果的精度与可靠性取决于诸如原材料性能数据、几何模型的准备等诸多因素,而且这些可能与实际的计算模块没有任何关系。计算软件的变化很快,因此所做的对比研究要格外小心。尽管某一软件的现有安装(用户)量不能真实表明其适用性,但可以认为大量的用户会集合更多的经验,且这些经验将被反馈给软件生产商,以便于软件的进一步研发。为了更有效地达到这个目的,需要通过定期的用户例会,在软件商和用户之间建立起良好的沟通,详尽的用户手册及强化培训对用户来说也是至关重要的。一旦使用过程中碰到问题,用户应该能很容易得到专家的帮助,所有软件应该具有升级和补丁更新的服务。保证计算程序与现有的软件环境匹配,以及如何匹配,也同样非常重要。(数值模拟)计算程序获得原材料供应商提供数据支持的水平也不容忽视。
