摘要:研究了不同温度下保鲜剂、保鲜膜等对莲藕保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,1.5ppm保鲜剂处理后装入保鲜袋。并结合抽空处理于1±0.5℃下贮存保鲜效果较好。

Abstract: The technology for the storage of lotus was studied in this experiment. The result showed that 1.5ppm fresh-keeping agents combined with vacuum have the best effect on the quality of lotus .
