摘要:粗酶液来自麦草粉固态培养物,经超滤浓缩、盐析、透析、Q- Sepharose fast flow阴离子交换层析后获得具有MnP活性的组分。

Isolation and Purification of MnP in Trametes gallica Fr.
Abstract:The crude enzyme from wheat straw solid culture of Trametes gallica Fr. was ultra-filtrated, salted-out, dialyzed and applied to Sepharose-Q Fast Flow ion exchange column. A component with manganese peroxidase activity was obtained.
