摘要:由于硝基呋喃类药物对人类健康的潜在危害,欧盟已经禁止其在动物食品生产中使用。采用固相萃取(SPE)前处理净化技术, 高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法测定水产中呋喃它酮(furaltadon)、呋喃西林(furacilin)、呋喃妥因(titrofurantoine)、呋喃唑酮(furazolidonum)代谢产物的残留量。分析物采用多反应监测方法(MRM),同位素内标法定量。

Highly effective liquid chromatography - series mass spectrography determination pesticide residues nitryl fu nan kind of antibiotic metabolite
Abstract:The use of nitrofurans in food-producing animals has been banned in EU, because they may represent a public health risk. A method has been developed to determine the pesticide residues of furaltadon, furacilin, titrofurantoine and furazolidonum in Aquatic products by LC-MS/MS coupled with the solid phase extraction(SPE).Identification was achieved by using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM). The quantification was performed with isotope as the internal standard.
