摘 要
双歧杆菌是人体内存在的一种生理性细菌,是人体有益菌中最值得重视和研究的一种,它与人体的健康密不可分,可以说是大自然赐予人类的健康法宝。双歧杆菌的研究和生产具有很好的发展前景。
双歧杆菌一般能从动物身上提取,猪的胃上皮细胞黏膜附有有大量双歧杆菌。从猪的粪便中分离出双歧杆菌,并将其扩大生产。合适的生长条件对双歧杆菌的生长速度、菌体形态、活菌数、代谢产物有良性的影响。因此通过研究,获得双歧杆菌生产的最优工艺方案有非常重要的意义。

THE STUDIES OF PIGGED-SOURSE BIFODOBACTERIUM FERMENTATION PROCESS
ABSTRACT
Bifodobacterium is a sort of physiological bacteria inside human body, and is also one of the probiotics which deserves to be valued and researched on. It is inseparably connected with human health and could be described as a treasure of heath given to humanity by the nature. Therefore, the research and production of bifodobacterium could prove to be promising.
Bifodobacterium is partly extracted from an animal, like a pig, who has a huge amount of epith cells of gastric mucosa. Thus bifodobacterium could be isolated from the excrement of pigs and the cultures could be expanded. A proper condition of culture has a positive effect on the growth speed, morphological characteristics, number of vial bacteria and metabolites of bifodobacterium. Therefore this research is crucially important to acquire an optimal technology scheme of the culture of bifodobacterium.
