【内容提要】辩证法，不论东西方，在它产生之时，都与诡辩论有着难解难分的联系。怎样保证辩证法的纯正性，不致使它混同于诡辩论，仍然是个重要问题。辩证法富有灵活性，但在运用中须有条件的限制和要求。这个条件，既有内在的又有外在的，其中首先是对人性提出的高水准要求。只有正派的人，即具有为人类献身、肯于追求真理的人，方能掌握和运用好辩证法。人如果有了私心和私利，辩证法就会被私字“酸化”为诡辩论，理论的灵活性也就成为理论“儿戏”。

【英文摘要】Dialect,oriental or occidental,as it came into being,was wellnigh inseparable with sophistry.The importance of purifying dialectfrom sophistry remains a tough problem.Dialect,which is flexible,should be restrained under certain terms in its application.Suchterms,internal or exteral,are requird by high-level humanity.Onlya man of decency,who dedicates himself for humankind,willingly inpursuit of truth,can become a real master of dialect.Dialect,however,is prone to bedepravedinto sophistry by those selfish people,andthus the flexibility of dialect theory into the conjuring of that.
