论商鞅仕秦变法及其对企业任人与管理的启示

摘要

 春秋战国，是中国历史上社会大变革的时代，秦国的商鞅变法就发生于战国初期。在各国都力求变革、发展自身的时代，秦国商鞅变法是最成功、最彻底的一次变法，经过商鞅变法，秦国从此富国强兵，开创了一个秦孝公时代。秦孝公时代，领导者励精图治，精明能干，广罗天下人才，致使大秦集团人才聚集。帝王领导者与“空降”“打工者”的亲密合作成就了秦的丰功伟业。
 商鞅变法是在战国时期大变革的时代背景下进行的，是秦文化发展促成的产物，是在秦孝公支持下上演的历史舞台剧；商鞅变法是创新人才发展的一个典案，是现代企业管理过程中领导能力展现的典范，是团体精神得以体现的历史故事，是当今企业效益宣传的最佳模板；商鞅变法是春秋战国时期变法改革的最大亮点。大秦集团的孝公时代因有商君首席运营而辉煌发展，从仕秦、变法到秦国的强盛，商鞅功莫大焉！
