摘 要
灵新煤矿位于宁夏回族自治区灵武市磁窑堡镇境内。井田地质条件简单,开采的15号煤层赋存稳定,平均倾斜角度为14゜。矿井的生产能力为1.50Mt/a,服务年限为52.78年。根据灵新煤矿井田的实际情况,确定矿井的开拓方式为斜井两水平开拓,第一水平采用单水平上、下山开采,第二水平采用下山开采。单一走向长壁放顶煤采煤法,综合机械化采煤工艺,矿井工作制度为“三八制”,两班采煤,一班准备。矿井采用现代化设备进行矿井的采煤、运输、提升、排水和通风,以科技进步推动矿井的现代化发展。矿区的环境保护对矿井的发展有着重要的影响,因此,本矿结合实际情况采取有效措施来保护环境。
