摘 要
近年来,随着越来越的制造企业采用自动化设备进行生产加工,基于PLC和触摸屏技术的控制系统逐渐应用于控制工程领域。本课题是通过OMRON公司的PLC(可编程控制器)控制技术和触摸屏技术来控制高吨位压力机作业。
编写梯形图程序,通过接受开关量、模拟量输入,经处理后输出开关量、模拟量去控制继电器的动作。对压缩机的各种动作的实现和过程的控制及时准确。触摸屏技术简化了操作,提高了控制的可靠性。基于PLC和触摸屏技术的冷压缩机控制系统,实现了多功能控制,减轻人工劳动强度,提高生产效率,安全可靠,易于操作。

In recent years, used the automatic equipment along with the more and more manufacture enterprise to carry on the production processing, the control system based on PLC And touches the screen technology gradually to apply to the control engineering domain. This topic is through OMRON Corporation''s PLC control technology and touches the screen technology to control the high tonnage presswork. The compilation trapezoidal chart procedure, through accepts the switch quantity, the simulation quantity input, After processing power take-off valve quantity, simulation quantity control relay movement. Prompt is accurate to the compressor each kind of movement realization and the process control. Touched the screen technology simplify the operation, enhanced the control reliability. Cold Compress Control System Based on PLC and Touches the Screen Technology, Has realized the multi-purpose control, reduces the artificial laboring tensely, enhances the production efficiency, safe reliable, is easy to operate.
