摘   要
 当今世界经济全球化,各国的综合国力和竞争能力体现于机械产品的设计能力。因为制造业的灵魂是设计,而制造和被制造机械的灵魂是机构,所以现代机构学的理论研究是制造业的基础。
 本文主要论述了在环形浸出器的传动机构设计中从原有的传统的纯机械基础上运用了现代先进技术---PLC,使之成为机电一体化。
 传统的环形浸出器机械控制装置是由重力控制,由于焊接的原因经常会出现焊接变形,使之造成料口堵塞,需要人工打开料门。以及机械控制还有磨损大,维护麻烦,劳动强度大等缺点。而PLC具有可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,适应性强,应用灵活,编程方便,操作方便,易于使用,控制系统设计安装调试方便,维修方便,功能完善等特点。从而弥补了机械控制的缺点,真正体现了机电一体化的优点。
 本文主要内容由两部份组成:一、机械传动部分,主要讲了电动机的选择以及两级减速器的传动设计和环形浸出器主轴的强度校核。二、PLC部分,主要讲了用PLC来控制自动料门的开关,以及安全保护功能和设备的总停。

Abstract
 In today''s world of economic globalization, States of comprehensive national strength and competitiveness embodied in mechanical product design capacity. Because the manufacturing sector is the soul of the design, and manufacture and the manufacture of machinery is the soul, So modern institutions of the studies is the manufacturing base.
 This article mainly elaborated has utilized modern vanguard technology in the ring-like leacher transmission system design from in the original traditional pure mechanical foundation---PLC,Causes it to become integration of machinery。
 The traditional ring-like leacher machinery control device is by gravity control, because welds the reason can appear the welding deformation frequently, causes it to create the material mouth jamming, needs to open the material gate artificially. As well as the machinery control also has the attrition compared to in a big way, maintains the trouble in a big way, the labor intensity and so on the shortcomings. But PLC has the reliability to be high, ant jamming ability, compatible, the application is flexible, the programming is convenient, the ease of operation, easy to use, the control system design installs the debugging to be convenient, the service is convenient, characteristics and so on function consummation. Thus has made up the shortcoming which the machinery controls, has manifested the integration of machinery merit truly.
 The this article primary coverage is composed by two parts: First, the mechanical drive part, mainly spoke the electric motor choice as well as two level of reduction gear transmission design and the ring-like lecher main axle intensity examination. Second, the PLC part, mainly said has controlled the automatic material gate with PLC the switch, as well as the safekeeping of security function and the equipment always stopped.
