摘 要
随着船舶建造设施和起吊能力不断扩大,船舶建造周期要求越来越短,总组装配成为船舶建造中不可缺少的阶段。目前,国内外绝大多数的船厂均采用了总组装配,并且总组的规模也越来越大。总组装配也称为总段建造,就是在船台或船坞搭载之前,将两个或两个以上的分段预先装配合拢。在总组时,机舱区域首先总组。装配过程中要注意余量的控制,力求无余量装配。以统筹优化理论为指导,应用成组技术原理,以中间产品为导向,按区域组织生产,在空间上分道、时间上有序,实现设计、生产、管理一体化,均衡、连续地总装造船。

Abstract
As the shipbuilding facilities and lifting capacity expanding requirements of ship construction cycle becoming shorter and shorter, with a total group of ship construction assembly to become an indispensable stage.
