摘 要
本文介绍了银亮钢棒近表面缺陷的超声波探伤方法,以解决宝山钢铁股份有限公司特殊钢分公司生产的SUJ2银亮钢棒的检测问题为实例,重点研究银亮钢棒近表面缺陷的超声横波探伤方法与技术的可行性,探讨了银亮钢棒超声横波探伤技术中的有关入射角、探测范围、水层等技术参数的数学表达式,分析了超声横波探伤技术中的有关入射角、探测范围、水层等技术参数在SUJ2银亮钢棒近表面缺陷探伤工艺中的选择原则,通过SUJ2银亮钢棒近表面缺陷探伤试验,验证了采用超声横波探伤技术对棒材近表面缺陷的探伤是一项有效的探伤方法,解决了宝山钢铁股份有限公司特殊钢分公司SUJ2银亮钢棒近表面缺陷的检测难题,满足了日本NSK公司对原材料SUJ2银亮棒材的质量要求。

Abstract
This paper introduces the silver-steel near-surface of the ultrasonic flaw detection method to solve Baosteel Company Limited Special Steel Brach production of SUJ2 silver-steel bar detection problem as an example, focuses on silver-steel bar near-surface defects of ultrasonic shear wave testing method and technical feasibility. On the silver-steel bar ultrasonic shear wave of the angle detection technology, detection range, the water distance, and other technical parameters of the mathematical expression. Analysis of ultrasonic shear wave technology in the detection angle, detection range, the water distance, and other technical parameters SUJ2 silver-steel bar near-surface defect detection in the process of selection principle. Through silver-steel bar near-surface defect detection testing, validation ultrasonic shear wave technology on the bar near -surface defect detection testing is an effective method to solve SUJ2 silver-steel Bar near-surface defect detection problems.
