摘 要
液压缸是一种应用广泛的执行元件。由于使用条件的多样性,通常要进行专门设计。本论文所研究的是液压缸在机械加工过程中的工艺问题和结构设计问题。本文以ZL50转斗油缸关键零件加工和整体结构设计为例,ZL50转斗油缸是装载机上的一类油缸,也是其主要性能指标。
在ZL50油缸的结构设计过程中,有很多未知量,通过查阅参考大量关于液压缸设计的资料,提取出符合ZL50油缸在机器上的用途和工作要求的有关信息,同时结合一些已有的液压缸的标准规格和外形尺寸要求设计了一个ZL50转斗油缸。而在ZL50油缸的加工工艺的设计过程中,要考虑大缸径油缸的关键件零件的材料,技术要求,再选用何种机床对零件进行加工来保证零件尺寸及表面粗糙度,尽量不变形、不破损。主要针对缸筒加工进行分析,本文给出了常用的加工方案,分析后采用合理的加工工艺路线来保证更大程度上满足零件的加工精度和尺寸要求。
本文结合了综合应用所学知识,通过对ZL50转斗油缸的结构及加工工艺的设计,了解并掌握一个产品从设计到制造的过程。

Abstract
Hydraulic cylinder is a widely used execute component. Due to the diversified use, hydraulic cylinder is usually designed specially. This topic study is about questions of hydraulic cylinder in machine-finishing process craft and structural design. It takes the machining of key parts and integral structural design of ZL50 cylinder as the example. The ZL50 cylinder is one of hydraulic cylinders of the loader, and also is main performance index of the loader.
In the structural design process of ZL50 cylinder, there are many unknowns. By consulting extensive information on the design of hydraulic cylinder, to pick up relevant information on the function and job requirement of the ZL50 cylinder. At the moment, combining some existing standard specifications and form factor requirements is to design a ZL50 cylinder. While, in the design process of ZL50 cylinder’s manufacturing, we should take material and technical requirements of key parts of the cylinder into consideration. Then, through selecting machine tool to manufacture accessories, we should guarantee parts’ dimensions and surface roughness, as well as no distortion and no damage. For the analysis of machining of cylinder barrel mainly, this study come up with processing schemes commonly used, and through reasonable analysis of processing technology line to meet precision and size requirements a greater degree.
This paper combines the integrated application of the knowledge. Through the structure and processing technology design of ZL50 cylinder, we understand and master a product from design to manufacturing process. In this paper, the integrated application of the knowledge, through the transfer bucket cylinder ZL50 structure and processing technology designed to understand and master a product from design to manufacturing process.
