 摘     要
   汽车工业是国家早已确定的支柱性产业,国家也已经把推动轿车进入家庭写入了《政府工作报告》,政府把汽车工业作为国民经济的战略性产业,积极推动汽车进入家庭,扩大汽车市场需求,以充分发挥其经济增长的“发动机”的作用,使之成为经济增长和结构升级的重要带动力量,“汽车窗帘业”作为汽车产业的辅助行业必然受到汽车产业的链动作用,近来发展良机。随着汽车市场的逐步壮大,“汽车窗帘业”的巨大潜在市场将会浮现出来。同时随着整车寿命普遍缩短,汽车消费由集团消费为主转为私人消费为主,汽车由生产资料为主转变为生活消费品。消费个性使零配件业除常远见的零配件销售外,出现了汽车养护、美容等新型行业,如果汽车代表了一种人生理念,与驾驶员朝夕相伴的内饰就是人生靓丽的风景,汽车养护、美容是为给驾驶员营造一个雅致和谐的“家居氛围”的话,汽车必将增加一些诸如“DVD”导航系统,豪华面板、高极音响等害怕受到阳光辐射的饰件——车家居“汽车窗帘业”将有更广阔的用武之地。
     本论文主要研究了一种"上拉式"汽车窗帘,其主要的技术路线是电机驱动主齿轮,从齿轮及同轴的绕线轮,绕线轮带动固定在钢丝绳上滑块沿导轨滑动,同时固定在滑块上的可伸缩顶梁拉动窗帘布料上下运行。电机的正反转使窗帘不料打开或闭合。窗帘布料闭合时,弹性轴将窗帘布卷入固定本体中。采用左右导轨及可伸缩上顶梁,是一种不需要转动张臂的自动窗帘。没有通常的转臂,使得窗帘显得更为简洁美观,灵巧实用。"上拉式"汽车窗帘的电路控制主要是有两部分组成:手控和光控。手控部分就由有手控电路有继电器、电动机、行程开关、微动开关组成。温控部分是由温控电路有一个KD-28单片机、光敏电阻Rc、电阻、电动机、调节电位器RP、开关及R2和R4电阻。在两个控制电路中进行连接和转切换的是电动机。通过一个转换开关就可以实现手控、光控两个电路间的切换了。
