摘 要
冲压--是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。而冲压模具是其生产必不可少的工艺装备,是技术密集型产品。
本文对冲压件即叉片的工艺进行了详细分析,决定采用冲压的部位是叉片的外形及矩形孔。通过综合考虑工件的生产纲领和工艺性,确定采用倒装式复合模结构进行冲裁,落料凹模和冲孔凸模装在复合模的上方,泄料装置和凸凹模装在复合模的下方,一次冲裁后,工件通过推件装置从凹模中被推出,而废料则从凸凹模掉落。在模具各零部件的选择中,要对冲压力、凸模及凹模的刃口尺寸进行计算,要通过查询模具设计手册及经验确定各个零部件的尺寸规格,并对凸模的强度进行校核。最后,绘制模具总图及各个零件图。

Abstract
Stamping die - in cold stamping process and material (metallic and non-metallic) into parts (or semi-finished) is a kind of special craft equipment, called cold stamping mould (known as cold die). Stamping is at room temperature, pressure machine using installed in the mold of material, make its produce pressure separation or plastic deformation, and obtain a pressure parts processing methods.
Based on the stamping process of fork is analysed in detail, decided to adopt the stamping part is the fork of the rectangular shape and hole. Through the comprehensive consideration of the workpiece, the production process and adopt composite modulus structure inversion type blanking, blanking dies.the and punching punch in the composite modulus, feeding and upper punch mould in the composite modulus, once after cutting, workpiece through pushing a device was introduced from the concave die, and waste from intensive drops. In the mould parts in the choice to hedge pressure, punch and die, the size of the calculated through the manual and experience in mould design inquires the size of each component determined, and the strength of the punch. Finally, the drawing die layout and various parts graph.
