摘要
逆向工程(Reverse Engineering,简称RE)也称为反向工程或反求工程,是将实物转换为CAD模型的相关数字化技术、几何模型重建技术以及产品制造技术的总称。对于当今汽车行业的高速发展,如何缩短开发周期,保证产品质量,以及如何迅速、精确、方便的获得汽车部件的三维数据及模型成了关键。
本文通过提出一种逆向工程应用于汽车车灯产品开发过程中的解决方案,对一些关键技术做出简要的论述,并阐述了如何进行汽车车灯的反求处理和误差分析。在具体的实施过程中,通过在逆向软件Geomagic中对原始点云阶段,对扫描出来的原始点云数据进行处理,然后通过多边形阶段,曲面阶段,CAD阶段四个阶段的进一步处理得出一个汽车车灯的三维曲面模型,最后并进行误差分析。

Abstract
Reverse Engineering (Reverse Engineering, referred to as RE), also known as reverse engineering or reverse engineering is to convert the CAD model of physical digital technology related, geometric model reconstruction, and general manufacturing technology.For the rapid development of today; automotive industry, how to shorten the development cycle to ensure product quality, and how fast, accurate and easy access to car parts has become a key three-dimensional data and models.
This paper presents a reverse engineering for automotive lamp product development process solutions to some of the key technologies with a brief discussion, and explained Ruhejinxing car Chedeng's Fan request processing and error analysis.In the specific implementation process, through the software Geomagic reverse on the original point cloud phase, the original scanned point cloud data processing, and then polygon phase, surface phase, CAD phase of the four stages of further processing to arrive at a car light of the three-dimensional surface model, and eventually analyze the errors.
