摘要
冲床的冲压机构是整个冲床的关键的部分,也是主要的核心部分。高速精密冲床在冲压过程中要承受曲柄本身的偏心惯性力、滑块上下的惯性力以及主要传动部件的热膨胀等高速度随带来的一系列问题。按照国内目前的设计结构都不能有效的解决这些技术核心的问题,因此限制了国内高速冲床以及冲压技术的发展。本项目的设计针对以上高速机所要克服的核心技术,对传统的冲床冲压机构进行化繁为简,并利用Pro ENGINEER通过在曲柄连杆机构的基础上,按静力等效条件用两质量代换法把连杆质量等效地转化到连杆与曲柄销的铰接点,并在曲柄两端和滑块下端安装平衡装置,在连杆轴瓦中采用强制循环润滑和风道冷却系统,保证惯性力的抵消和热膨胀的清除,然后优化设计冲压机构的各个传动零件。机身采用吸振性能好的灰口铸铁材料,并对结构进行拓扑优化设计,以提高其抗弯刚性。并采用预应力柱式滚动导轨,使滑块具有足够高导向精度。结果验证了该项目的设计满足高速精密冲床的特殊机械要求,完全克服了惯性力和热膨胀,并进一步的提高了冲压效率。为研发高速精密冲床打下来坚实的基础。

Abstract
The press''s press mechanism is an important part of the press. And also is the hard core. High-speed precision press in the press process needs to bear their own eccentric crank inertial force, inertial force and the slider up and down the main drive components such as thermal expansion caused by a series problems with high speed. According to the current design of the structure in the country can not effectively solve the core issue of these technologies. Thus it limits the development of the domestic high-speed punching and stamping technology. this project is design to get over the core technology. And to simplify the traditional press''s press mechanism. By using Pro ENGINEER,based on the crank-connecting rod mechanism, static conditions by the equivalent substitution method with two quality equivalent to transforming the quality of the connecting rod to the connecting rod and crank pin of the hinge point and install the balance device both under the slide and the both ends of the crank, and using the connecting rod bearing lubrication duct forced circulation cooling system, to ensure to counteract the inertia force and clean up the thermal expansion. than optimize designing the press agencies'' every transmission parts. The body use gary cast iron which is good at absorbing the quake and optimize designing the structure, in order to advance the bending rigidity. And by using prestressed rolling guide so that the slider has a sufficiently high guiding precision. The results show that the project design to meet the high-speed precision press''s special machine requirements, completely overcome the inertia and thermal expansion. And also further improve the efficiency of stamping. And it will be a solid foundation for the development of high-speed precision press.
