摘  要

 监狱是关押管理犯罪人员的场所，在押人员多为刑事犯罪分子，关押与管理不容易，安全是首要需保障的问题，利用现有的监控保安设备，可有效的加强对服刑人员的管理，直观及时的反映重要地点的现场情况，增强安全保障措施。既要保障社会的安全，也要保障狱警人员的安全，犯罪分子的安全。本文是在实习过程中参与江苏某监狱安全技术防范工程实施中的一点心得，对其他安全技术防范工程实施具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract
