摘 要
这篇论文主要介绍了一种适合电子产品进行高温老化实验的新型装置,通过高温变化以及电功率等综合作用,暴露电路板的缺陷,如焊接不良、元器件参数不匹配、温漂以及制造过程中的故障,以便予以剔除,对无缺陷的电路板也将起到稳定参数的作用,从而对企业产品质量给予保障。控制系统的SCKey组态软件是一个全面支持该系统各类控制方案的组态软件平台,SCKey组态软件通过简明的下拉菜单和弹出式对话框建立友好的人机对话界面,并大量采用Windows的标准控制,使操作保持了一致性,更为易学易用。
本次设计主要完成老化室老化过程自动化设计、现场硬件布置设计、通过组态软件实现PLC、微机之间的通讯研究。通过此次设计进一步了解和深入研究机电一体化产品的相关开发设计。通过进一步的控制系统的设计,达到真正意义上的机械与电子产品的结合设计。文章列出了该装置的研究背景、系统控制原理、主要技术参数及其电气原理做了详细的阐述,并对实验测试结果进行了讨论。

Abstract
This dissertation mainly introduces one kind of new equipment which is suitable to electronic products to carry on the high temperature aging experiment. Through the change of the high temperature as well as the electric power such combined .Exposing circuit wafer''s flaw, like the bad welding, unmatchable of the primary device parameter, floats warm as well as in the process of manufacture breakdown, with the aim of giving to reject, and also have function of stabling the parameter for the non-flaw''s circuit wafer. Thus it gives the safeguard to the enterprise product quality. SCKey is a control configuration software platform which completely supports the all types of programmers in this system. through simple pull-down menus and pop-up dialog, SCKey configuration software establish a friendly man-machine interfaces and a large number of Windows control standards, so that the operation maintained consistent, and more easy to learn and use.
This dissertation is mainly to finish the aging process automation design, site layout design of hardware, software configuration through the PLC, the communication between the computer research. Through this design, getting a better understanding and in-depth study of the mechanical and electrical integration of products related to the development of design. Through the further control system design, to achieve real sense of the combination of the machinery and electronic products .The article lists the research background of this equipment, the systems control principle, the major technique parameter and the electrical principle, which has been made all detailed elaboration, and have a discussion for the test results
