摘 要
本文介绍了中冷器的作用、发展前景及空空中冷器的设计过程。中冷器的作用是降低发动机的进气温度,有效减轻了发动机的热负荷,提高了发动机的可靠性。同时,改善了燃烧,节省了油耗,降低了排气温度。特别是增压中冷能有效地降低柴油机排放中NOx的含量,净化了废气。近年来,增压已经成为提高功率、满足人们对柴油发动机动力性越来越高要求的一种十分有效的方法,增压比有逐渐提高的趋势。但较大的增压比也将导致发动机气缸压力提高及其机械负荷和热负荷增加。因此在增压系统中越来越多的应用中间冷却技术来降低发动机进气温度。国内中冷器的研发还处于起步阶段,在中国有很大的市场。中冷器的组件包括上下气室、主板、侧板、散热带、冷却管、紊流片。其中芯子是最重要的部分,决定中冷器的效率。首先根据给定的数据计算芯子,接着确定冷却管、散热带、紊流片的种类和数据,然后根据芯子的尺寸计算得出主板、侧板和气室的各个数值。利用CAD制图软件绘制出装配以及零件图。呈现出一个完整的设计过程。

Abstract
The paper introduces inter-cooled role, the development prospect and empty design process.
