摘 要
冷库是发展冷藏业的基础设施,也是在低温条件下贮藏货物的建筑群。食品保鲜主要以食品冷藏链为主,将易腐畜禽、水产、果蔬、速冻食品通过预冷、加工、贮存和冷藏运输,有效地保持食品的外观、色泽、营养成分及风味物质,达到食品保质保鲜,延长食品保存期的目的,起到调剂淡、旺季市场的需求并减少生产与销售过程中经济损耗的作用。冷库作为食品低温流通的中枢,近年来我国得到了显著的发展,不仅建库的规模和容量急剧增长,还表现在建库技术上的现代化。
由于冷库内温度低,作业环境恶劣,另一方面,大多数冷库采用半沉入地下的形式,货物需要提升取出,所以研制出一套符合冷库工作要求、可靠的冷库专用起重机具有重要和长远的意义。该课题是源于目前企业的实际情况提出来的,全国有近万家座冷库,产品需求量大。该课题的研究对降低工人劳动强度,改善冷酷的正常运营意义重大,也有着广阔的市场和应用前景。
本论文介绍了该冷库专用提升系统牵引机构的工作装置的设计思路与过程。在该课题中所研制的冷库专用提升系统牵引机构应当具有以下主要特点:(1)能适合工作在工作温度为-35度左右,深度8m的冷库工况下;(2)工作装置要求具有较好的制动性能;(3)出货门能够在货箱运动的带动下开闭。根据上述的功能要求,本文作者在查阅了许多相关文献资料并分析比较了国内外现有对冷库专用起重机的研究的优缺点基础上,确定了该工作装置的设计方案并进行了相应的结构设计。
本论文通过对国内外现状的分析、方案设计、工作装置的结构设计以及零部件的设计与计算等多方面阐述了该专用起重机的特点。

Abstract
Cold Storage is the infrastructure in the developing of the refrigeration industry, but also is the buildings for storing goods in low-temperature conditions. Food preservation mainly linked to the main frozen food, perishable livestock and poultry, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, instant food through the pre-cooling, processing, storage and refrigerated transportation, food effectively maintain the appearance, color, flavor and nutritional components, to achieve food shelf preservation, to extend the period of food preservation purposes, a swap short in the season the needs of the market and reduce the production and sales in the role of economic loss. Cold Storage, as a low-temperature food distribution hub in recent years, has been significant developed not only in building for the scale and capacity of rapid growth, but also in building the technical modernization.
As lower temperature in cold storage, the poor working environment, on the other hand, most of cold storage into the semi-underground in the form of goods need to upgrade out,Therefore, the development of a reliable crane for the cold storage ,meeting cold storage requirements, is important and long-term significance. The Subject, put forward from the company actual situation at present, is widely demanded for the thousands of companies. The research in the subject is not only helpful to reduce labor intensity and to improve the normal operation, but also has a vast market and application.
This paper introduced the cold storage for the work of crane equipment design ideas and processes. In the subject in the Development of cold storage crane should have the following main features: (1) could apply to work in temperatures of -35 degrees, the depth of 8 m of cold storage condition, (2) The device requires a better brake Performance (3) the door can be shipped in containers, driven movement opening and closing. According to the functional requirements, the author of this article available in a number of relevant literature and comparative analysis of the existing cold storage at home and abroad for study on the advantages and disadvantages of the crane on the basis of determining the device''s design work and the corresponding structural design.
In this paper is about on the features of the crane by the status quo at home and abroad through the analysis, design, installation work and the structural design of parts of the design and calculation, and so on. .
