摘 要
随着我国国民经济的快速增长,交通运输业发展迅速,带动了轮胎行业的迅猛发展,废旧轮胎的产生量也日益增多。轮胎翻新能够最大限度的利用旧轮胎的使用价值,其作为轮胎制造业的延伸和再加工,有着巨大的经济效益和社会效益。翻新废旧轮胎是目前处理“黑色污染”的主要途径之一。
本文介绍了国内外废旧轮胎翻新的状况、翻新原理以及翻新意义。在轮胎翻新的工艺中,轮胎的切削打磨是这个过程的重要工序,切削打磨的质量的好坏直接影响轮胎翻新的质量的好坏。本文简略介绍了一种轮胎打磨机的设计方案,通过升胎装置把轮胎提升到固定的打磨位置,机身中部的由丝杠的轮胎装卡装置把轮胎卡紧,再通过机身的上方吊装有切削打磨装置中的切削刀和磨轮对轮胎进行加工的过程。本文重点阐述了升胎装置、轮胎装卡装置、切削打磨装置和进给机构的设计,对重要零部件进行绘图,根据设计的要求,对一些重要机构与零部件进行设计和计算。

Abstract
With the rapid growth of China''s national economy, the transport industry has developed rapidly .It driven by the rapid development of tire industry, at the same time, the production of discarded tires also are increasing. As an extension of tire manufacturing and reprocessing, renovation of the tire which can maximize the value of old tire, have enormous economic and social benefits. It is one of the main ways to handle of the “black pollution”.
This paper introduces the state of renovation, refurbishment and renovation of principle significance at home and abroad. In the process of renovation tires, the process of cutting the tires grinding is an important process. The quality of cutting the tires grinding have a direct impact on the quality of tire quality renovation. This article briefly introduces a tire grinding machine design. Fetal device put through the tire elevated to a fixed location polished. Cards bear tires by control of the central fuselage of the tires with pneumatic devices .At the top of the fuselage the tire is processing by a cutting device in the polished cutting knives and abrasive wheels. The design of institutions focuses on the fetal device, tires installed card devices, cutting and polishing devices. It also draws on the important parts. According to the requirements of the design ,I design and calculate some important body parts.
