摘   要
 随着现代医学科学的飞速发展,医疗用品不断更新,一次性输液器已广泛性应用于临床,由此其产品的安全性和合格率就尤为重要了。而对于一次性输液器的合格问题主要有两点:一是导通,还有一个则是不漏。目前,在国内输液器检漏在行业内广泛采用人工检验的方法,主要由人工来完成这个过程,这种方法不论在产品的合格率还是生产效率上都不能达到目前的市场需求;而国际上虽然有先进的整装生产流水线但是由于其管理水品,价格,技术保密等条件限制下应用于国内厂家有些不切实际。在这种背景下开发一个新型的输液器检漏系统会有很好的应用前景。
 本论文介绍了该种输液器检漏系统的控制系统软件,和部分硬件的设计过程。该系统应当具有以下主要特点:(1)除上料采用人工外,能实现检测过程的自动化;(2)检测过程中具有自动分拣不合格产品功能;(3)可靠性高,能24小时连续检测而不出故障;(4)具有占地面积小,结构简单等特点。根据上述的功能要求,本文作者在查阅了许多相关文献资料并分析比较了国内外现行检测方法优缺点基础上,确定了控制系统的设计方案并进行了软件设计。该检测系统的控制系统分别以PLC和单片机为主编程。
 本论文共分五章。第一章是绪论,主要介绍了输液器检漏国内外现状并分析了对该种设备需求的发展趋势,明确了本次毕业设计内容的工程应用背景。
 第二章的主要内容是对检测的系统功能要求进行了详细的分析,其中包括检测、分拣不合格产品(漏的和堵的)、定位、传感器等。并且提出了外形结构方案和控制系统方案,并对此进行了分析。
 第三章介绍了该检测系统的控制系统硬件组成,包括主控部分、电动机及传感器等,并说明了它们之间的联系。此外还进行了部分硬件如,定位,传感器的设计和挑选。
 接下来的第四章是本论文的重点,该章对输液器检测系统的控制系统的软件进行设计,包括PLC和单片机各自的控制程序设计。主要的子程序有:初始化程序、测漏程序、测堵程序、分拣不合格产品程序等。以及在设计过程中遇到的问题,走的弯路,以及解决的方法等。本文作者在以前对软件设计方面接触的不多,所以在编写程序等过程中碰到了很多困难,经过查找相关资料和指导老师的帮助得到了解决,本章节对一些问题相应的说明。
最后一章是结束语,对本次毕业设计课题的完成情况及主要的收获进行了总结。

Abstract
 With modern medical science and the rapid development of continuously updated medical supplies, disposable infusion set has been extensive clinical application, thus the safety of their products and the passing rate on the more important. Disposable Infusion Set for qualified, there are two major problems: First, turn-on, there is a leak it is not. At present, the leak detection devices in the home infusion industry widely used method of manual inspection, to have by the end of this process, this method regardless of the passing rate of the product or production efficiency can not reach the current market demand; and international Although there are advanced production lines ready to manage water but because of its goods, price, technology, under conditions of secrecy, etc. applies to domestic manufacturers and some unrealistic. In this context the development of a new leak detection system of the infusion set would be a good prospect.
 This paper describes the infusion set of the control system leak detection system software, and some of the hardware design process. The device should have the following main features: (1) Subject to the use of artificial feeding, the testing process to achieve automation; (2) detection of the process of products with automatic sorting function failure; (3) high reliability, can be a 24-hour continuous rather than a fault detection; (4) has a small footprint, simple structure and so on. According to the functional requirements, the author of this article a lot of inspection and analysis of comparative literature at home and abroad the advantages and disadvantages of the current detection method based on the identified control system design and software design.  This paper is divided into five chapters. The main subroutines are: initialization procedures, waste detection procedures, measurement procedures for blocking, sorting procedures failed products.
