摘 要
本论文提出,“施工升降机微电脑自动控制系统”是一种配套于JJS-100A井架式物料提升机的自动控制系统。本系统以安全和实用为基础,采用89C51为中央处理器,对升降机工作过程进行仔细的分析后,以汇编语言为书写工具编写程序,结合硬件上的措施,它可以对施工升降机的运行过程进行全面的微机实时控制,数码管同步显示提蓝运行状态,并且具有上下自动、手动控制,最高楼层设置,实时记忆等功能。在安全性方面,对静止超重、门状态的检测,对提篮运动防冲顶,电机堵转等方面也作了相应的设计与解决。同时本系统对前向、后向通道和人机对话通道等造成干扰的一些主要途径也有了相应的抗干扰性措施。
本次设计扩展了74LS373及8155H芯片对其进行扩展,并采用LED显示输出结果;为升降机单片机控制系统所使用,解决了传统升降机接口少的难题。

Abstract
The thesis suggests that" automatic control system of elevator micro-computer of construct ion" is a kind of kit in the JJS-100A Well pose of the material promote the machine''s automatic control system. This system is with the safety with practical for the foundation, adoption 89C51 for the CPU, after anal- sizing elevator worked process proceed carefully, then use Assemble language for writing tool to write the procedure, with the measure on the hardware, it can real-time monitoring and control the movement process of the elevator, the LED showing the information at the same time, and have the top and bottom auto, move control, and tallest floor establish, real-time memory etc. function. In the safety aspect, examination static excess, door appearance, the lift defended hurtle crest, electrical engineering block up turn etc. aspects also design and solution. At the same time this system to the front face, the empress face and person-machine face etc. result the interference''s main path to also had anti- interference measure.
In this design, because the floor limit has used 74LS373 and the 8155H chip to its expansion, and to solve the traditional elevator connection few difficult problems.
