摘要
本篇设计在介绍削片机的发展状况以及研制面食削片机的意义后,提出了本毕业设计题目。做出了面食削片机的三个设计方案,分别是牛头刨床式削面方式,电风扇式削面方式,阑珊式削片方式,然后选择了阑珊式削片方式。经过不断的优化结构,做出整体结构。再根据设计要求,进行了整体结构和零部件的设计计算。同时,进行了所有零部件的设计、制图。包括料仓,推面板,间歇推进装置,连杆摆动机构,刀片的设计。最后做出装配图和零件图,并按照设计规范,综合运用所学知识进行结构设计,做必要的计算校核。

Abstract
This design introduced chipper in the state of development and the development of pasta chipper significance, raised the topic of graduation project.
