摘 要
汽车问世已一个多世纪了 ,给世界带来了巨大的变化。随着人民生活水平的提高,汽车已进人平常百姓家,人们对汽车的要求也越来越高,美观性和安全性已成主题。保险杠是汽车车身的一个重要部件 ,其除起装饰作用外 ,还起保护翼子板 、散热器和灯具的作用。
由于保险杠具有这些功能,国内外对它的研究十分重视 ,特别是轿车保险杠,众多厂家更是追求造型优美、结构独特和具有被动安全装置的保险杠。汽车保险杠安装在汽车的最前端和最后端 ,在整车造型风格中起到至关重要的作用。它能够诠释出整车外装饰的艺术风格 ,好的保险杠能够使用户感到赏心悦目,得到美的享受。无论汽车的大、小改型设计,保险杠总是成为造型师手中重点塑造的对象 ,造型美观是整车的亮点及卖点。
另外,发生碰撞时 ,大多数情况下都有保险杠的参与,保险杠作为安全防护装置是现代汽车结构的重要组成部分,它能有效地减轻人员伤亡程度以及汽车损坏程度。
本文针对一款小型车进行了适合小型车的低成本保险杠设计。在本设计中，作者利用PRO\E三维制图软件进行设计，着重强调了对保险杠外形曲面以及连接结构的设计，在保证了保险杠装配和装饰性能基础上尽可能降低成本，从而达到设计目的。

Abstract
Car has been invented more than a century, it has brought tremendous changes to the world. Nowadays car has been into every family With the improvement of people''s lives, so the requirements for motor vehicles have become more sophisticated, aesthetics and safety has become the subject. Bumper is an important parts in auto body, in addition to decorative, but the bumper also protect the fender, the radiator and the lamp.
Domestic and foreign experts attaches great importance to its research As the bumper with these features, Especially the bumper of cars, many Company Efforts to create the bumper with beautiful shape, unique structure and the function of passive Safety. The bumper is installed in the front-end and the back-end of a car, it play a important role of Overall style. It can interpret the artistic style of the car decoration, a good bumper could give users pleasant feelings and enjoy of beuty. Bumper always be the focus of the object shape in the hands of designers whether big or small changes in vehicle.
In addition, Bumper to participate in the majority of motor vehicle collisions, bumper is an important part of the modern
motor Structure as a security device, it can effectively reduce the extent of human casualties and vehicle damage.
This article takes a small vehicle for example to design a low-cost bumper. In this article, The author use PRO\E which is a drawing tools software to design a bumper. Aim to reduce the cost based on assemble success and the performance of accessorize.
